LLC Plant "Energosteel" is recent dynamically developing producer of steel grinding balls. It products are intended for cement plants, energy generating companies, mining –and –processing also fireproof enterprises, for another enterprises of Ukraine, CIS-countries and far-abroad countries.
Launch production started with using of the most modern equipment. Since the very beginning production the high quality of grinding balls was managed to be achieved Due to usage of leading technologies and cooperation with the number of scientific and research organizations.
Plant "Energosteel" is striving to meet the requirements of consumers in maximum degree, introduces the most modern equipment, advanced technologies, improves the produced ones and applies new types of products.
The plant is situated in the large industrial region of Ukraine – Kharkov region (utp. Komsomolskiy).
At the current moment the plant is managed by CJSC "Energopress". The company "Energopress" manages and controls the business activity of the plant, develops and establishes strategic development programs and is the exclusive representative of the plant in sell of products and technical support of sells.
The ball-rolling production being operating today at the plant is one of the most modern and high-technological in Ukraine. The technology of ball-rolling in screw gauges. It is equipped with ball-rolling machine SHPK 30-100 with total productivity 39 thousand of tons per year.
The equipment of the plant enables to produce the balls in the product range, quantity and quality required by the customer. Currently the plant produces the product range of grinding balls with diameter from 40 to 100mm.
Despite little operating word (launching of operation was in May 2007.) Plant "Energosteel" managed to engage the place of qualitative grinding products and enhance the positions not only at Ukrainian market but also abroad.
Today almost all thermoelectric power stations of Ukraine including which owners being such world leaders as n"EUROCEMENT’, group "HeidelbergCement Group", "Lafarge Cement", "CRH", mining and processing enterprises of Ukraine are consumers of drilling balls.
The foreign markets are precipitately developed, the sales of export products increases monthly. Since 2007 the deliveries of balls produced by the plant "Energosteel" have been made to Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Byelorussia etc. |
